Our Machining Division in Frankfort, Illinois is committed to manufacturing brass fittings and high volume precision-turned components to the highest quality specifications. The Frankfort location houses both high volume and short-run manufacturing capabilities. Our highly-skilled machine operators manufacture parts in our CNC machining centers and on multi-spindle automatic screw machines.
With a standard turning capacity of up to 2 5/8” round (larger sizes available), our machining team specializes in producing many different brass alloys including standard free machining brass, Red Brass, lead-free brass, dezincification resistant brass (DZR) and others. Our integrated workflow process supports the needs of a wide range of industries, from beverage dispensing to fire suppression.
An important method we deploy throughout the machine production is the Statistical Process Control (SPC). In our high volume production machining environment, the SPC software we use provides our operators, engineers and managers with sophisticated techniques for investigating and preventing manufacturing problems. It is critical in performing root cause analysis and enables us to pursue process improvement initiatives.
